The app provides options to delete all data or just current session information, facilitating flexible management of workout history. Visual progress tracking is supported through monthly photos taken from multiple angles—front, side, and back—with options to capture images via the internal camera or import from the photo library. These images can be organized for easy review or shared via email.
Additionally, users can record their monthly measurements and export this data as a CSV file sent via email, supporting detailed progress analysis outside the app. Complete workout logs are available for export as CSV files, compatible with Excel for further review.
The interface offers intuitive navigation to monitor past exercise performance, providing a helpful reference to maintain consistent reps and sets. Correction of entered data is straightforward, with the ability to revisit and modify any workout entry at any time.
To facilitate tracking progress, checkmarks can be added to mark completed workouts—either individual exercises or entire weeks—by long pressing cells or using menu options. Marking workouts as incomplete is equally accessible, useful for adjusting or restarting routines without losing historical data.
Advertising banners may appear at either the top or bottom of the interface. Users have options for in-app purchases, including an ad removal feature and a Graph View upgrade that displays exercise history visually during workouts. A reward video option offers temporary access to advanced features like the Graph View.
